1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using the Engageneering™ platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, Content Disclaimer, and all other policies published on this page. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. Your acceptance is electronically recorded with timestamp and IP address at the moment of account creation.
2. Nature of the Platform
Engageneering™ is an Knowledge Commons platform — a crowd learning marketplace where individuals ask questions, post video answers, and earn YOM Ψ points based on the quality of their intellectual contributions as assessed by the ARIA scoring system. The Platform does not guarantee any specific outcome, employment, or financial return from participation.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Engageneering™ reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
5. User-Generated Content
By submitting content, you grant Engageneering™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, store, process, and share your content for the purpose of operating the Platform. You retain ownership of your original content.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the right to submit all content you upload
- Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
- Your content does not contain defamatory, obscene, illegal, or harmful material
- Your content complies with all applicable laws of the Republic of India and any jurisdiction from which it originates
6. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Upload content that is false, misleading, or deceptive
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Upload content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
- Attempt to manipulate ARIA scoring through artificial means
- Use the Platform for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Platform
- Circumvent any security or access controls
7. ARIA Scoring System
The ARIA system provides automated quality assessments. These scores are advisory and reflect algorithmic evaluation only. Engageneering™ does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fairness of any ARIA assessment. Scores are final for Ψ credit purposes but do not constitute professional, academic, or legal certification of any kind.
8. YOM Ψ Points
YOM Ψ points are a platform-internal contribution metric with no intrinsic monetary value except as described in the YOM Field Policy. Engageneering™ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Ψ system at any time. Ψ balances may not be transferred, sold, or traded outside the Platform.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Engageneering™ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gwalior, MP, India. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation before commencing formal proceedings.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email and by prominently displaying the updated Terms. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
1. Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
- Account data: Name, email address, profession, country, organisation, years of experience
- Content data: Videos, text answers, questions, tags, languages
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, device type, browser
- YOM Field data: Ψ transactions, purchase records, score history
- Consent records: Timestamp, IP address, and version of policies accepted at registration
- Communication data: Emails sent and received via the Platform
2. How We Use Your Data
- To operate and improve the Platform and its features
- To personalise your experience and deliver matched content via ARIA
- To process Ψ transactions and maintain your YOM Field
- To communicate platform updates, new features, and your weekly Insight Narrator reports
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms
- To comply with our legal obligations
3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, we process your data on the following bases: contractual necessity (to provide the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (platform security, fraud prevention), and consent (marketing communications, optional personalisation features). You may withdraw consent at any time.
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure, which uses industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Videos are stored in Supabase Storage with access controls. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. Sharing Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: Supabase (database & storage), Razorpay (payment processing), Anthropic (ARIA AI responses)
- Legal requirement: When required by law, court order, or government authority
- Business transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to equivalent privacy protections
6. Your Rights
You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; withdraw consent; object to or restrict processing; and data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@engageneering.org.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for 7 years thereafter for legal compliance purposes. Video content may be retained longer where it has been viewed or cited by other users. Consent records are retained indefinitely as legal evidence of your agreement.
8. Children
The Platform is not directed at persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has registered, we will delete their account and data promptly.
Engageneering™ is a crowd learning platform. All video answers, questions, text responses, and other content on this platform are created, uploaded, and published by individual users — not by Engageneering™ or its employees.
Engageneering™ does not: review, verify, endorse, approve, or take editorial responsibility for any user-generated content. The Company is not the author, publisher, or broadcaster of user content in any legal sense.

Nothing on this Platform constitutes professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other licensed advice. Content is provided for general educational and intellectual exchange purposes only. Always consult a qualified professional before acting on any information obtained from this Platform.
2. Accuracy of Content
ARIA scoring assesses pedagogical quality, explanatory clarity, and engagement — not factual accuracy or professional correctness. A high CDS score does not imply that the content is factually correct, safe to act on, or appropriate for your specific circumstances.
3. Video Content
Videos uploaded to Engageneering™ are the sole responsibility of the uploading user. By viewing user videos, you acknowledge that:
- The content has not been reviewed or approved by Engageneering™
- The views expressed are those of the individual user only
- Engageneering™ shall not be liable for any harm, loss, or damage arising from viewing or acting on video content
- You may encounter content that you find inaccurate, offensive, or with which you disagree
4. Intellectual Property
Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the rights to all content they upload. If you believe that content on this Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at legal@engageneering.org with a detailed description of the alleged infringement. We will investigate and act in accordance with applicable law.
5. Third-Party Content
The Platform may display links to or content from third-party websites. Engageneering™ has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site or resource.
6. Reporting Harmful Content
If you encounter content that you believe violates our Terms, is harmful, illegal, or infringes intellectual property rights, please report it using the reporting feature on the Platform or by emailing content@engageneering.org. We will investigate all reports in good faith.

1. Nature of Ψ Points
YOM Ψ ("Psi") points are a platform-internal contribution metric that represents a user's accumulated intellectual contribution as measured by the ARIA scoring system. Ψ points are not a cryptocurrency, security, financial instrument, or legal tender.
2. Earning Ψ Points
Ψ points are earned through:
- Asking questions: Points awarded based on ARIA's quality assessment of the question
- Answering questions: Points awarded based on the Composite Defended Score (CDS) achieved
- Signing bonus: Ψ10 credited once on first account creation
ARIA's scoring decisions are final for Ψ purposes. There is no formal appeals process for individual score disputes, though we welcome feedback at feedback@engageneering.org.
3. Purchasing Ψ Points
Users may purchase additional Ψ points using INR via Razorpay or international currencies via Stripe at rates published on the platform. All purchases are subject to Razorpay's and Stripe's respective terms of service. Purchased Ψ are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law.
4. Spending Ψ Points
Ψ points may be spent on platform features including Ask ARIA (Ψ20 per query). Spent Ψ are non-refundable. If the platform fails to deliver a paid service (e.g., ARIA is unavailable), Ψ will be automatically refunded to your YOM Field.
5. Master Teacher Conversion
Users who reach Master Teacher tier may apply to convert a portion of their earned Ψ to INR at a rate published in the platform. Purchased Ψ are not eligible for conversion. Conversion is subject to KYC verification, applicable tax deductions, and a minimum threshold to be published. Engageneering™ reserves the right to modify conversion rates and eligibility criteria at any time.
6. Forfeiture
Ψ balances may be forfeited in full upon account termination for violation of these Terms. Ψ may not be transferred between accounts. Ψ balances are not inheritable or transferable upon death or incapacitation.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify the Ψ earning rates, spending options, and conversion terms at any time with 30 days' notice to affected users.
1. What ARIA Is
ARIA (Autonomous Routing & Intelligence Arbiter) is Engageneering™'s proprietary AI assessment system. It evaluates user contributions using multiple specialised agents across five scoring dimensions: Explanation Intelligence (EI), Relevance Index (RI), Relevance-Adjusted Intelligence (RAI), Conceptual Originality Index (COI), and Articulation Index (AI).

The Ask ARIA feature uses the Anthropic Claude API to synthesise answers from platform content. These AI-generated responses:
- Are generated by an AI model and may contain errors or hallucinations
- Do not constitute professional advice of any kind
- Are not reviewed by Engageneering™ staff before delivery
- Should be treated as a starting point for inquiry, not a definitive answer
4. Data Used for AI Processing
Your questions and answers may be sent to Anthropic's API for processing as part of the Ask ARIA feature. By using Ask ARIA, you consent to this processing in accordance with Anthropic's privacy policy. We do not use your personal data to train AI models without your explicit consent.
5. Bias and Fairness
We are committed to ongoing monitoring of ARIA for systemic bias across language, topic, culture, and user demographics. If you believe ARIA has assessed your contribution unfairly due to language, cultural context, or topic area, please contact aria@engageneering.org.
6. Human Oversight
Engageneering™ reserves the right to manually review, adjust, or override any ARIA assessment in cases of apparent system error, user complaint, or legal necessity. Manual overrides are recorded and logged.
